Planetarium and Sonic

Something to do on a rainy, drive to Frederick.
Our first experience at Sonic.  Stayed in the car, food delivered on roller skates, boys had Slushies filled with nerds (yikes, I had to give in since this was to be a special trip) and I had a milkshake, yes we did get other food but not as exciting as the drinks.

Then to the Planetarium.  Watched a Bug movie in the Planetarium and then taught about the stars in our sky and how to find them. 

After the show (or you could do it before), we wandered the center to see and touch animals, lots of interactive science activities.

Great place, Planetarium was only a few dollars per ticket and all other activities were free.
