Host the pool party for the Waterford Elementary 4th grade.  Oh the fun, every year.

End of Year Carnival

The last of school means the carnival.  Luke loves every minute of it.

And fantastic planning it all with this fabulous lady.

End of the Year Awards

Luke finished up the 4th grade year with awards (and an earlier PE award).  Speaking awards for poetry and story-telling...he is a good storyteller.  And an award that moms like to see more than any other, Excellent Citizenship.

Flag Football

Finishing up the boys first flag football season.  Lost in the semi finals of playoffs.

 

Newsies

There were a few movies that my siblings and I watched and/or listened to constantly when we were growing up (Sister Act, Meet Me in St. Louis, Bye Bye Birdie and Newsies).  When the Newsies came to town, we knew we had to see it!
Dinner at Chef Geoff's, then to the National Theater for the show.

Really great show, the choreography was absolutely amazing.  Loved the show.

Orchestra Concert

Finishing time with the bass.  Carter actually enjoyed playing the bass, learned to read music and more.

Play Time

The 4th graders had a few musical numbers in the WES 5th grade play.  Luke loved every moment of it...feeling the moves (wish I had video).

Cousin Time

Cousins in town so I quick meal with them.
