Both have been playing amazing!

Easter 2012

Early church service.

Then to take pictures.  Seriously taking pictures with boys is challenging...
a lot of nonsense to get a couple of good pictures.
Out to lunch with Jeremy's side of the family!  Seriously adorable crew!  Wonderful kids.
Then to home where they had to find a lot of eggs in the backyard.

Hilton Head 2012 - poolside

Off to Hilton Head Island's Disney Resort.  Where the weather was beautiful; nights in the 60s, days in the 80s.  Two pools to enjoy, one with a big slide.
One at the beach house, overlooking the beach.
Of course we loaded on the sunscreen (torture for the boys).

Sir Speaks A Lot Finalist

Every year at Waterford Elementary, the students recite poems and stories.  Each year they are given requirements for the length and topic.

Starting in 3rd grade it becomes a competition (and of course a grade).  First the poem is done in front of their class.  If they are one of the best, then they do it in front of their entire grade.  If they are one of the best for their grade, they do it in front of the school at a school assembly.
Carter made it to the finals for the school assembly.  In front of the entire school and parents, he recited his poem, Every Time I Climb a Tree by David McCord and acted it out.  Not showing any nerves.  He did great.

Laying Around

The dog is spoiled, only by Jeremy.

The boy love to read.  They will sit in bed and read as long as we let them (I enjoy the quiet)

A Mouse and his Drawing

Another project for school...Carter had to make his prop for his presentation.  He drew each and every one of these things.  We cut them, scanned into the computer and sized them to make a full poster.
